THE PS 186 PROJECt

 

This was a special project with the goal of breathing new life back into a historic Harlem landmark in the process reviving it’s old world aesthetic.  The PS186 project provides 78 homes to a neighborhood in desperate need of housing. The Boys and Girls Club of Harlem has maintained ownership of the building and in the spirit of true mixed-use development have constructed state of the art facilities on site to service the flourishing community. CFI is honored to play a part in such a positive life changing effort.

THE carmel place project

 

Manhattan's very first modular building, The Carmel Place Project accommodates the city’s growing micro-living population.  This innovative building is setting a new standard for micro-living, with 55 loft-like apartments that range from 260 to 360 square foot and generous shared amenities, CFI was proud to be a part of such groundbreaking modular construction changing the city scape.
